1.2 Update!

I've made some minor updates to Snoop! following changes to the Bitsy tool. Mostly quality of life stuff.

• Changed dialogue structure to use sensible line breaks between speaker changes. No more annoying << >> ... << >> stuff
• Added some text effects in dialogues like wave and shake.
• Fixed missing tiles in background on certain rooms
• Fixed Sara's name being mispelled "Sarah" in dialogue
• Various minor dialogue changes
